Using Evrak

Evrak is an independent document tool provided by Teddy App Labs, LLC. It is not affiliated with UYAP or the Ministry of Justice. Use it only for documents you have the right to access and process.

What the app does

Evrak previews supported UDF files and exports them as PDFs, and displays PDF documents. This version does not convert PDF to UDF, validate electronic signatures or submit documents to UYAP. The app does not provide legal advice.

Conversion may change page layout. Check the output’s text, page count and layout before using it. Converting an electronically signed UDF to PDF does not transfer the signature as a valid electronic signature to the PDF. Keep the original document and use authorized tools to verify it for official procedures.

Free use and paid access

The document features and limits below apply on both platforms. References to Apple payments, Apple refunds and Apple offer codes apply only to iOS. For Android purchases, the Google Play section below applies instead.

Document previews and the first successful PDF export are free. Trying the included sample document is also free. Further exports require 24-hour access or an annual Pro plan. Prices for Türkiye are ₺99.99 for 24 hours and ₺999.99 for the annual plan; prices in other storefronts are localized. The applicable price, tax and period are shown on Apple’s purchase confirmation screen. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.

24-hour access

Access is valid for 24 hours from purchase and does not automatically renew. Unused time cannot be paused. You are not required to purchase again when it expires and can continue using the free features.

Annual Pro

The paid annual subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. To prevent renewal, cancel in Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Manage it in Apple subscription settings. The terms shown on Apple’s confirmation screen apply.

Google Play purchases on Android

Android payments are processed through Google Play, with access verified by RevenueCat. The price and period shown by Google Play at confirmation apply. The 24-hour plan is prepaid and does not renew automatically. Annual Pro renews automatically unless canceled before renewal in Google Play subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.

Restore purchases using the same Google Account; restoration does not restart expired access. Refund requests follow Google Play’s refund process. Apple offer codes cannot be redeemed on Android. Any Android promotion is subject to the duration, eligibility and renewal conditions shown for that specific offer; the iOS friends offer below does not apply to Google Play.

Free offer codes for friends — iOS

A valid code for the “Friends: 1 Year Free” offer provides one year of free Pro access from redemption and does not automatically renew. This offer will not result in a charge when that period ends. It does not change the terms of paid subscriptions you start separately.

These codes are offered for the Türkiye storefront and require an Apple Account and acceptance of Apple’s license and usage terms. The redemption deadline is provided with each single-use code. Codes may not be sold and have no cash value. Teddy App Labs, LLC provides the offer; Apple controls eligibility and redemption. Apple’s service terms apply. Distribution of offer codes depends on the app being live on the store.

Restoring purchases and refunds

Use the same Apple Account and tap “Restore purchases” in the app. Restoring does not restart expired access. Refund requests are assessed through Apple’s refund channel. Refunded or cancelled transactions may affect access.

Keeping your documents

You are responsible for backing up your local archive. Uninstalling the app may remove local documents. Keep originals of important files outside the app as well.
