Support for UDF and PDF files

Include your app version, iOS version and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send personal or confidential documents. If an example is needed, remove personal information first.

How do I open a document?

Tap “Open document” on the home screen and select a .udf or .pdf document from Files. Files stored in the cloud may need to download to your device first.

How do I create a PDF?

Check the UDF preview, then use the PDF export option to choose a file name and pages. Save the result to Files using the iOS share sheet.

Which documents are supported?

Evrak supports UDF 1.7/1.8, basic formatting, tables and PNG/JPEG images. The limits are 20 MB and 100 pages. Some advanced elements are rejected when a reliable result cannot be produced. PDF-to-UDF conversion is not available in this version.

I purchased access but it is not showing

Check your internet connection and make sure you are using the same Apple Account. Use “Restore purchases” in Settings or on the Pro screen. The 24-hour access period starts at the time of purchase.

Where do I redeem an offer code?

Open the offer-code redemption option in Settings or on the Pro screen. Apple validates the code. The friends offer provides one free year and does not automatically renew.

Cancel a subscription or request a refund

Turn off renewal in Apple subscription settings. Submit refund requests to Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Delete documents or request data deletion

Delete local documents from the app’s document library. Exported copies must be deleted separately. For other data requests, email us using the address above. See our privacy policy for details.
